• WARRANTY POLICY OF SINTECH PRODUCTS:

      This Warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of the normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:

      • Equipment that has burnt the mainboard or any parts by any cause.
      • Defects or damage resulting from physical damage, Lightning, Hi-voltage, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification of any parts of the product.
      • Equipment that has warranty seal tampered.
      • If the equipment was not run on a dedicated and grounded electrical outlet with a surge protector.

      Maintenance policy of 1 year warranty:

      1) Company shall have no obligation to repair or replace until getting the defective product from the customers.
      2) All Products within the standard warranty period, except void of the warranty policy will be repaired or replaced as below:-
      • Within 0 to 6 months from the purchase date: Free parts + Free repairing & Software Or Free replacement of mainboard if not repairable.
      • Within 6 to 12 months from the purchase date: Free repairing & Software but customers have to pay for replaced components or Mainboard.
      • The company will replace the product one time in the Warranty period. Once the product is replaced then the company will not free replace it again even if the product is within the warranty period. 

      3) Products outside the standard warranty period, as well as void of warranty policy will be repaired at a reasonable cost. The repairing + components cost estimate will be informed to the customer before proceeding.
      4) All products will be repaired or replaced (according to the warranty policy) within 7 days from the date of receipt.
      5) The customers have to pay for both side's courier charge within or after the warranty period.

      1) Company shall have no obligation to repair or replace until getting the defective product from the customers.
      2) All Products within the standard warranty period, except void of the warranty policy will be repaired or replaced as below:-
      • Within 0 to 12 months from the purchase date: Free parts + Free repairing & Software Or Free replacement of mainboard if not repairable.
      • Within 12 to 24 months from the purchase date: Free repairing & Software but customers have to pay for replaced components or Mainboard.
      • The company will replace the product one time in the Warranty period. Once the product replaced then the company will not free replace it again even if the product is within the warranty period.
