At the Sintech, we are committed to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Mainly we use Courier, Air-courier & Transport service to deliver the goods all over in Nepal. And we use Pathao or Indrive service to deliver the goods inside the Kathmandu valley.
Delivery Timeframes
- Pathao or Indrive delivery time is about 1 or 2 hours according to the Area & distance.
- Courier delivery time is 1 or 2 working days according to the Area & distance.
- Air Courier delivery time is less than 1 working days according to flight schedule.
- Transport delivery time is 2 or 3 working days according to the Area & distance.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistical issues.
Shipping Charges
All delivery charges must be paid by the customers directly to the Courier, Transport & Pathao service. The Sintech will provide Free delivery if your order amount is more than 2 lakhs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 hour after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, we will send the courier or transport slip to the customer as proof of shipment.
Tracking & Updates
After the goods have been dispatched, customers will receive the courier or transport slip via WhatsApp or other communication channels. Customers are responsible for contacting the courier company directly for tracking updates and inquiries.
Liability for Damage or Loss
The Sintech is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transportation. Once the goods are handed over to the courier or transport service, the responsibility for their condition lies with the shipping provider.
